The idea is simple. The Club brings together everyone with an interest in Gozo property – owners, agents, and renters – in one trusted space. It’s not just another listing site; it’s a local network built around real connections and clear communication.

At Gozo Direct, we’ve seen first-hand how strong the demand is for both long lets and short-term holiday homes. Families are moving to Gozo for a quieter lifestyle. Retirees are searching for character homes. Others simply want a place by the sea for a few months each year. Whatever the reason, people are looking for a more personal, reliable way to find and manage property here.

The Gozo Property Club aims to make that process straightforward. Members can list homes for sale, long lets, or holiday stays, all in one place. Every listing is verified. Every owner and agent is local. It’s about quality, not quantity – and about keeping the focus firmly on Gozo and Comino, rather than being lost in a national or international database.

There’s also a community side to this project. The Club will share updates on market trends, local insights, and practical advice for owners and tenants. We want to promote Gozo’s property scene in a positive, transparent way and make it easier for people to connect directly without layers of commission or red tape.
