Like its twin Ghar Ilma 4, it's challenging to find adequate words to describe the immense impact of this house and its setting. Upon opening the main door, which is located at the end of a private driveway set back from the road, you will be treated to breathtaking vistas that reach for miles across the countryside. The pool deck is reached through a set of stone stairs. Ample room for solitude, scenery, and peace. There are stone arches and other traditional touches all over the house. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished in a classic style. General Property Description:
The entrance to Ghar Ilma is down a short flight of stone stairs from the pool terrace. Entering the living and dining area is like walking into a painting, with its picture-perfect limestone arches. In this kitchen, which has a galley layout, you'll find access through a stone archway. At the opposite end, a counter-height stone arch lets in more light and serves as a convenient place to set up a service area.
The first and second bedrooms can be accessed directly from the main-level living space. Both are generous in size, well decorated, and equipped with two single beds. There is a shower room attached to the master bedroom, and another shower room is located next to the living room.
The master suite is on the first floor and can be reached through a narrow stairwell off the kitchen or a more spacious stairwell made of stone (the later is always my preferred option). This room truly merits the designation of the master bedroom. A large and impressive chamber, tastefully and historically decorated. The en suite bathroom is spacious.

Both the pool and patio are perched on a cliff. Because of this, you may enjoy the beautiful scenery without interruption. On the spacious terrace, you'll find a stone table and comfortable seating, perfect for a leisurely picnic or barbeque.

Santa Lucia is a small community located near Kercem. Saint Lucy Chapel, which dates back to 1575, inspired the building's moniker. Santa Lucia is a quiet community set in beautiful countryside, perfect for exploring on foot. One of Gozo's greenest regions persists here. In just a few minutes by vehicle or bus, you may leave behind the rural atmosphere and be in Victoria. Saint Lucia has four different bus terminals, with hourly buses running to Victoria from whence you may reach the remainder of the island. Shuttle service begins at 5:42 and ends at 10:42.
Located on the road to Victoria, the grocery is only a kilometer from the farm. Victoria itself has plenty of automobiles, stores, and eateries.
Santa Lucia Boutique Hotel is around 800 meters away and has a coffee, bar, and restaurant. Within 2.8 kilometers, you'll reach the cities of San Lawrenz and Gharb, where you'll find even more dining and drinking options.
Just 3.2 kilometers away, in the resort town of Xlendi, you'll find a buzzing nightlife and a wide variety of restaurants and pubs. There is also a popular place to swim and dive, as well as a little beach where boats may be rented.
BEAUTIFUL BEACHES IN THE AREA
Some beautiful beaches can be reached in just a few minutes from the farmhouse. A distance of 4.6 kilometers will get you to Dwerja Bay. Over a thousand years ago, the Azure window—a spectacular geological formation—was formed when two limestones fell. Although it has subsequently crumbled into the ocean, it was featured in a number of movies, including Clash of the Titans (1981). Divers in particular have kept the place relevant. The geology, ecology, and underwater scenery of Dwejra bay are well-known for being breathtaking. The bay is known for its rocky shores and stunning seascapes.
Marsalforn, Gozo's second resort, can be reached by traveling east for 5.6 kilometers. Qbajjar Bay Beach is one of several small bays in the area. Cafes, taverns, and bustling businesses along the shores of the major bay.
