You may have seen the Madam Blanc Christmas Special on TV and thought, you love the program but where is it filmed? Well, it is probably the worst-kept secret in Television that the series is not filmed in the South of France but on a small island off the coast of Malta called Gozo!.

The Gozo Direct team is lucky enough to live and work in Gozo on all forms of property from Holiday Lets, Long Stays, and Sales.

Also being a small Island with a population of just over 30,000 when the Madam Blanc cast and crew came to town everyone was talking about it!

The local pub in the Madame Blanc series is actually in the village of Gharb (Pronounced Arb) where the Madame Blanc Christmas was filmed.

Lots of the locals were extras in the series including myself... so we have lots of stories to tell.

Gozo has so much to offer... wonderful weather most of the year, culture sandy beaches at a pace that is much slower than her big sister Malta.

So why not think of a Madam Blanc Gozo trip? We will take you to the locations of your favourite scenes from Madam Blanc and mix this in with trips to see the many cultural sites Gozo has to offer.

How it works.

1. You find a reasonably priced flight to Malta via one of the low-cost carriers (Ryanair Wizz Air Malta or Easy Jet). There are so many great offers to Malta at the moment
2. We can pick you up at the airport if needed. (Book Transfers)
3. Travel to Gozo via Minibus on the ferry to your accommodation.
4. The 2 bedroom apartments just happen to be in the same location as many of the cast and crew stayed while filming.
5. You Accommodation is self-catering so we will organise a shopping trip to get you started. Your accommodation is illustrated below. It has the following features. it consists of 26 beautifully furnished apartments. Each apartment consists of two twin-bedded bedrooms (one with bath or shower en suite), a separate shower room / WC, a fully equipped kitchen and a very spacious living/dining area with a 32″-42″ LED TV and cable TV with over 100+ digital channels. Fibre-powered high-speed WiFi with excellent coverage throughout the complex, including the outside pool area can be enjoyed free of charge.
The apartments have either a terrace or a balcony overlooking the large common swimming pool; most also enjoy the fantastic country and distant sea views.
6. Possibility to rent a car or the bus stop is outside the apartments or taxis too is quite reasonable if you take our advice. :-)
7. Book various tours and trips of your choice.
8. Madam Blanc Location Tour. You will be taken to various locations around the Island of Gozo where the filming took place. You will be guided by those who know about the series... and we can't promise but there may be some surprise guest appearances included.
9. Island Tours, boat trips, Segway tours, canoeing, snorkelling, diving, walking, or just plain relaxing the choice is yours.
