This terrace can also be accessed from the interior. Double doors lead from the entrance passageway into a partly open plan living area and kitchen/dining room, with a relaxed and comfortable feel. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. It also has a wood burning stove.There is a shower room with wc on this floor.

Patio doors lead out to the courtyard pool area, with built in bbq and outside shower. A stone spiral staircase leads up to the first floor and three double bedrooms, one being en suite. There is also a separate bath/shower room. There is plenty of room for a cot, which can be provided on request. The house has air conditioning, for both cold air and heat.

The house is located on the edge of the charming villages of San Lawrenz and Gharb.Close by there is a supermarket, a pharmacy, shops and several restaurants.
